Sreelatha Chalasani, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Sreelatha Chalasani earned her degree in Medicine from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam, a coastal city in the south of India, Andhra Pradesh in 2001. With a desire to pursue her higher studies in a diverse environment, she completed her Master's in Public Health from the University of North Texas in 2004.
Dr. Chalasani went on to do her internship in Internal Medicine from the Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, Bronx, New York in 2005 and her Residency in Internal Medicine from Marshfield Clinic under the St. Joseph's Hospital Program in Marshfield, Wisconsin in 2007. She then worked as a Hospitalist in the Marshfield Clinic from 2007 to 2016, before pursuing her Fellowship in Rheumatology from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi, which she has successfully completed in 2018.
Dr. Chalasani has multiple posters, oral presentations and peer reviewed publications to her credit. She was also involved in teaching medical students and residents during her service at Marshfield Clinic.
Dr. Chalasani is a board certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the following associations:
- American College of Physicians
- American College of Rheumatology
Dr. Chalasani chose Rock Hill area for her future rheumatology practice and home. She is accompanied by her husband and two young children. During her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, trekking and biking.
James M. Wilson, M.D.
Dr. James Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in 1981 and his medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine in 1985. He then served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps for nine years, completing a residency in Internal Medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso and fellowship training in Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. During his time in the Army, Dr. Wilson received the Department of the Army Certificate of Achievement, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal and the Army Commendation Medal, First Oak Leaf Cluster.
Dr. Wilson joined the practice in the summer of 1995. He is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. He certified in Internal Medicine in 1990, and again in 2000. He certified in Rheumatology in 1992, 2000 and 2012.
Dr. Wilson and family have been residents of Fort Mill since 1995. During that time, he was a coach and team physician for high school and league soccer. He is an avid college sports fan cheering for the Clemson Tigers and his alma mater, the Ohio State Buckeyes!
