We are committed to providing high quality rheumatic care that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options – from credit cards to financing options – to help make your treatment more affordable and we will be happy to review those with you.
We accept Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard and offer in-house payment plans, including CareCredit. Payment and/or insurance co-pays are due when services are rendered.
If you will be a self-pay or uninsured patient, our initial office visit fee is $250 with $150 due when making the appointment and $100 due at the appointment. For follow-up visits, the fee is $80 due at the appointment. Any diagnostic or lab tests will be done by an outside facility. Pricing must be obtained from that facility.
Insurance
Our office staff will be glad to assist you with your insurance coverage. When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer's plan, please be sure to let our insurance department know. If an insurance referral is necessary, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
We are preferred providers for most insurance companies including, but not limited to:

- Cigna
- Aetna
- United Healthcare
- Tricare
- Medicare
- Medcost
We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact your insurance company if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
